What will your typical day look like?
The Pricing Centre of Excellence within the Engagement Financial Services team is responsible for supporting proposal teams with financial analysis and modeling during the pursuit stage.
A member within the Pricing COE will advise on pricing best practices, provide pricing financial analysis, build complex financial models, contribute to tool development, and engage with senior leadership to support creation and execution of pricing strategies.
About the team
Deloitte's Engagement Financial Services (EFS) Practice is comprised of client service professionals specializing in engagement, program, and account financial controls. The practice focuses on driving financial results and advising of financial impacts through the entire lifecycle of engagements, from pricing through engagement close.

Below are some of the attributes we are looking for:
• University degree, designation in Business or finance.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in pricing, financial analysis, budgeting, or project accounting.
• Strong understanding and execution of pricing models, such as pay-per-use, transaction based, performance based, tiered pricing, risk-reward, profit sharing models, etc.
• Experience developing complex financial models and commercial strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with the pursuit team to create pricing proposals and respond to client requests for pricing information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry-specific pricing practices and trends is a plus.
• Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and MS Excel skills.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
