Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement, will lead the efforts in an assigned region to optimize, maintain, and evolve Solenis' recruitment processes, programs, tools and systems. This will be a key role on the Talent Acquisition leadership team based in North America. The successful incumbent will provide operational guidance and hands-on support to a number of internal and external stakeholders, including Solenis' internal Talent Acquisition team, functional and HR business partners and third-party recruitment vendors, in order to increase operational efficiency and productivity with the function. Additionally, this person will be responsible for driving adherence to the company's established policies and procedures, ensuring that Solenis is well-positioned to meet our KPI's related to recruitment, diversity & inclusion and the overall candidate experience. And finally, you will be responsible monthly recruiting reporting for the region, ad-hoc TA projects, and data-gathering exercises requiring some amount of redundancy on a recurring monthly basis.
This role can be located in the greater Philadelphia area, with the ability to work from our office in Wilmington, Delaware 3 days per week (preferred), or fully remote within the US, with the ability to travel to Wilmington up to 25%.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain operational expertise of Solenis' TA processes and procedures while seeking to find improvement opportunities to ensure an efficient and effective TA function.
- Develop and implement TA programs, tools, systems, and processes that help drive a strong pipeline capable & diverse talent, and identify flexible, scalable processes to streamline and simplify the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Optimize TA programs by assessing strengths, identifying areas of improvement, determining key requirements, evaluating risks and opportunities, gathering data and feedback, and enhancing processes.
- Improve, develop and deploy solutions across the region to enhance processes such as third-party agency management, immigration management, candidate marketing and employee value proposition, employee referrals, university relations, AAP/EEO reporting (US only) and others.
- Partner with the Head of TA and the Talent Management team to maintain, update, and deliver TA training programs across the region.
- Manage the regional relationship with all TA suppliers, including with our core solution provider - Hudson RPO - which currently supports the company's recruiting efforts across North America, Europe and parts of India.
- Work closely with regional HR leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance to Solenis' established policies, procedures and SLAs, while escalating issues and developing solutions when necessary. This will include owning and managing certain monthly reports and actively following up with HRBPs where needed.
- Facilitate the effective utilization of Solenis' TA systems, with particular focus on Workday Recruiting, to ensure these tools are being utilized appropriately; support the continued Workday Recruiting implementation by leading related work streams, with a focus on candidate and employee user experience and maximizing reporting capabilities.
- Work closely with regional background check suppliers; when necessary, run point on our background check issue resolution process, working collaboratively with HRBPs and legal to determine effective outcomes consistent with our policies.
- Maintain overall ownership of TA's established KPIs, such as age, time-to-fill, and diversity of interview slates; work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure processes are being followed to meet these KPIs.
- Work closely with Solenis' internal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, HRBPs and recruitment providers to develop effective diversity recruitment strategies, and ensure these strategies are being implemented by assigned stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, related field or equivalent; professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR) preferred but not required.
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition management, with a focus on project / program management related to the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Experience with global Talent Acquisitions practices and procedures preferred.
- Experience with ensuring procedural compliance related to talent acquisition
- Good understanding of training requirements and change management needs related to large-scale recruitment optimization efforts.
- Proven ability to lead and optimize vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated experience functioning as a strategic business partner, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders and align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Significant experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant HR technologies; experience with Workday Recruiting highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
- High sense of urgency and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to understand complex organizational interdependencies and use knowledge to influence & make talent decisions.
- Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen in strategy, industry trends and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of reporting metrics and data analytics.
