We are actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to help support North America clients within commercial team. This role will report to the Director, HR Business Partner.
You will be responsible for collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to maintain and implement effective HR policies, programs, procedures, and practices. You will serve as the primary contact for talent management initiatives, employee relations investigations, and performance improvement planning, as well as day to day guidance regarding employment issues.
You will also provide day to day support on HR items such as compensation decisions, talent development, HRIS questions, help drive culture and talent initiatives and participate in special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) such as Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management to ensure the successful roll out of initiatives and day to day operations.
- Coach managers on people related matters; supports the resolution of people issues; provides thoughtful and objective consultation.
- Leads resolution of employee relations issues, complaints, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide day to day support on HR activities including activities such as compensation management, recruitment, and selection, leave administration, termination, policy and procedures and compliance.
- Support client organizations with the administration and execution of key HR programs, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment of the Solenis workforce with the strategic goals of the Company. These programs include, but not exclusive to, the annual performance management process, ongoing talent assessment and development programs, annual compensation planning, variable compensation support, annual culture survey and action planning, and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, including assisting with organizational design.
- Provide surge support for critical HR initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS or BA in Human Resources or related field; HR certification a plus
- 3-5 years Human Resources generalist or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of applicable country laws/regulations relating to the Human Resources field.
- Experience working across several states and/or countries preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills - generates ideas and makes decisions through critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations, writing emails, and conversing with people of all levels and backgrounds.
