Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead the charge in overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion. Working closely with our talented team, including the Project Architect, you'll ensure the delivery of top-notch construction documents, adhering to our highest quality standards. Reporting to the Client Executive/Principal Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping projects on track, on budget, and in line with the company's renowned client service ethos.

Your Impact:

  • Supervise and guide the Project Architect and project team to produce superior construction documents.
  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Coordinate and direct architectural and/or engineering teams for efficient project execution.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing oversight and support for their assignments.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, keeping them informed of project progress.
  • Offer technical expertise to the project team.
  • Assist Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in work delegation and supervision.
  • Lead construction administration meetings on-site with contractors and owners.


Here's What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field (required), Architecture License (preferred).
  • 7+ years of professional experience (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, consultants, and vendors.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with a penchant for sound judgment and timely actions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes.
