We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage our client's manufacturing operations, driving innovation and efficiency at every turn. If you have a strong background in industrial engineering or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory control, and logistics.Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the manufacturing process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing goals with overall business objectives.Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize supply chain operations.Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements.Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain management.Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and innovation.Career Growth: We are committed to your professional development and offer opportunities for advancement.Collaborative Culture: Work with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence.Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.Impactful Work: Make a real difference by contributing to the success and growth of our company.Apply today for immediate consideration!
