Information: Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds: CCU 36//Burn Trauma ICU30 Patient Ratios : 2:1 Unit staffing description: Supervisor on every shift, PCT Type of equipment : varies Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend Floating policy: As needed Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) · 2+ Years of Hosp. experience · 2+ Years of specialty experience · BLS · ACLS Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: · MEDITECH EXP. PREFERRED, TNCC, CCRN, TCRN Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech) ACTIVE RN LICENSE – TEMP LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside trachs, chest tube insertions Patient Experience Required: · Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o RN: Royal Blue Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other –
