Coverage Needed * December 30, 2024 - January 2026 * Cover 2 sites Schedule * Monday - Friday * 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m * Alternate call weeks, call would be 24/7 for that week and weekend can cover both locations' established patients and hospital consults Clinical Details * 90% Outpatient 10% Inpatient * Cases/Procedures: E&M, Consults, Follow-ups, Treatments, Pluvicto if willing * Will likely supervise a Locum APP Requirements * Years of work experience: 1 year(s) * Case logs: 3 months * BLS * Active MI License or IMLC * DEA * Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years EMR * EPIC/Dragon
