Coverage Needed

• December 30, 2024 - January 2026
• Cover 2 sites

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
• Alternate call weeks, call would be 24/7 for that week and weekend can cover both locations' established patients and hospital consults

Clinical Details

• 90% Outpatient 10% Inpatient
• Cases/Procedures: E&M, Consults, Follow-ups, Treatments, Pluvicto if willing
• Will likely supervise a Locum APP

Requirements

• Years of work experience: 1 year(s)
• Case logs: 3 months
• BLS
• Active MI License or IMLC
• DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
