About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR functions. This pivotal role focuses on strategic planning to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. You will collaborate with executive leadership to drive our organizational goals through effective talent management.
As our SVP of HR, you will identify key performance indicators, implement innovative HR programs, and foster a workplace culture that is as enjoyable and rewarding as our menu. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's or law degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of HR management experience is required, particularly with a focus on strategic planning, talent management, and business development.
