This role is critical in driving the talent strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to support our rapid growth and innovation in the medical technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the medical robotics technology sector.A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition:Leadership and Strategy:Work closely with department heads to understand the talent necessary to reach their quarterly and annual goals.Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Noah Medical's business goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, including recruiters and sourcers.Collaborate with executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.Recruitment:Ability to be a player/coach and scout for talent for senior level positions, as needed.Recruitment Operations:Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including leveraging technology, data, and innovative sourcing techniques.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes.Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on hiring progress and challenges.About You:You possess 7+ years of recruiting experience (mix of in-house & agency is a plus).At least 3+ years of experience in a company going through CommercializationStart-up/ Medical Device industry experience is a huge plusProven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.Strong understanding of the medical technology industry and its unique talent requirements.Proven experience in workforce planning and developing talent strategies for a scaling sales organization. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.California Pay Range$175,000—$219,900 USDNoah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
