Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a well-established and growing company in the greater Toledo area. This position offers excellent benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Our client is looking for a motivated professional with experience in creating complex invoices for intricate contracts. Some invoices may require significant time and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project contract terms and how they relate to billings.
• Prepare and post invoices using accounting software.
• Address customer inquiries related to billings.
• Follow up on aged receivables to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile customer A/R balances and assist in month-end closings.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
