20 minutes Lake Gaston 40 minutes to Rocky Mount 90 minutes to Raleigh, NC 90 minutes to Richmond, VA 2.5 hours to the beach 3 hours to DC Join a Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient Centered Medical Home dedicated to serving our region's underserved through: 13 family practice offices, pediatrics office, OB/GYN office, school based health center program 3 dental offices 3 in-house pharmacies and 340b pharmacy services Integrated Behavioral Health - Adult and Child Psychologists and LCSWs Case Management and RN ACO Care Managers Community-Based Outreach Department, including Migrant/Seasonal Farm Worker, Infectious Disease, Cancer, Diabetes, etc. Adding OBGYN committed to a rural practice with the desire to establish roots in the community. Call schedule 1:3 Mon-Thurs; 1:4 weekends 1 surgery day/week outpatient load 30 patients or more per day 150 deliveries per year Office located right next to the hospital EHR - eClinicalWorks for medical patient records and practice management; hospital uses Meditech Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
