The anticipated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are hiring a New York City, NY based Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, trends and media to translate those passions into sales and marketing strategies that drive long term business revenue with the world's largest brands and agencies.

What you'll do:
- Work closely with the Sales, Account Services and Marketing teams to build cohesive and creative proposals that drive revenue while maintaining Zefr brand voice
- Create and manage the aesthetic and branding look and feel for sales proposals, to ensure best-in-class materials are delivered to our brand partners
- Conduct competitive research across major verticals to assess campaign strategies and best practices
- Collaborate closely with sales leads, Strategic Marketing Leads, and Account Services teams to ensure marketing's voice is clear in the pre-sales process
- Attend in-market Sales Meetings and entertaining events as needed to gather and implement marketplace feedback
- Understand the full suite of Zefr products and services to identify and deliver on opportunities for additional Zefr-driven value
- Help the world's largest brands achieve their advertising goals
- Help plan and execute strategic in-market sales events & activations for the sales team
What we're looking for:
- 2-3 years of advertising agency, ad technology, or sales marketing experience
- A comprehensive understanding of the digital video landscape, YouTube-specific expertise a bonus
- Experience crafting custom presentations and proposals
- Experience presenting and building trusting internal and external relationships
- Experience writing compelling and effective copy
- Events marketing and sales marketing experience
- An eye for graphic design and Apple product suite expertise
