Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
• Excellent customer service, communication and team work skills
• Experience using ProEst (or similar cloud-based system)

Your Role

• Prepare project budget estimates and proposals
• Submit proposals to Sales Manager or directly to customer
• Uploads Bid Sheets (if not bidding in ProEst), proposals, and any take offs to ProEst
• Communicating with customers
• Consult with project management teams
• Support production managers
