- Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial roofing estimating
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Excellent customer service, communication and team work skills
- Experience using ProEst (or similar cloud-based system)
- Prepare project budget estimates and proposals
- Submit proposals to Sales Manager or directly to customer
- Uploads Bid Sheets (if not bidding in ProEst), proposals, and any take offs to ProEst
- Communicating with customers
- Consult with project management teams
- Support production managers
