Position Overview:
The HSG Finance Innovation Manager will play a critical role in driving enhancements to financial infrastructure within DaVita's Hospital Services Group. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance for Hospital Services, this teammate will lead disruptive initiatives to standardize data, systems, and processes that will create efficiencies in financial reporting and unlock enhanced insights into the business. This position requires an innovative and organized project manager who can partner across a wide range of business lanes to coordinate successful implementation of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of financial data and system infrastructure for the Hospital Services Business.
  • Primary project scope will center on implementing new hospital-level reporting infrastructure across DaVita's systems that will allow the business to better track operational and financial data reporting.
  • Spearhead steering committees and workgroups to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to project plans.
  • Partner across several lanes in Finance, Accounting, IT, Field Operations, Compliance, and Legal, leading with influence to coordinate change and drive enhancements both in the short and long term.
  • Adeptly navigate roadblocks by developing innovative solutions to highly complex data and system challenges.
  • Lead implementation process for new systems and processes, with a keen focus on end-user experience to create smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Additional projects supporting financial infrastructure will include fee schedule and other data standardization, enhanced operational tools, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in either Finance, Accounting, or Data Systems role, with a strong background in process improvement, system transformation, and innovation.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale system implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to drive through roadblocks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies in financial operations.
  • Knowledge of dialysis business operations, particularly in the hospital setting, is a plus.

Salary/ Wage Range

$92,000.00-$138,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
