Urgent Care Physician

Floating NP/PA Urgent Care opening in NC- Floating across NC- All locations are within 45 minutes of Pinehurst, NC- Full Time; Permanent- Employed- Imaging and diagnostic testing on-site- Dependable work hours and great work-life balance 3 shifts per week- Our 9 locations are open 7 days/week from 8am 8pm, with the exception of 4 recognized holidays- Epic EMR- Practice in a fast-paced environment, perform all urgent care procedures- Well-coordinated process with system EDs for transfer of acute care needs- Provider led with a strong partnership between physicians and advanced practice providersQualifications:- Solo provider setting. Must be comfortable practicing autonomously with minimal oversight from the supervising physician- PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification- Prefer 3+ years of advanced practice experience in urgent care or emergency medicine- Strong procedural skills needed- Occupational Health experience is a plus. DOT certification highly desired- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision-making- Clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and BLS certification are required.
