Position Overview: The Director of Global Operations at Rise AMG will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and accountability across key operational departments. This individual will lead teams handling client accounting, client service, and compliance, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Client Accounting, Client Service, and Compliance teams.
- Develop and maintain clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for each team to ensure consistent operational success.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture, encouraging professional growth and development within teams.
- Client Accounting Operations:
- Oversee all client accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), closing, and resale transactions.
- Ensure accurate financial processes, timely reporting, and seamless communication with clients.
- Client Service Oversight:
- Lead the Client Service Team, focusing on improving client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Google Reviews, continuously enhancing the client experience.
- Compliance & Regulatory Management:
- Manage compliance operations, including Deed Restriction Violations (DRV) and Architectural Review Committee (ARC) processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards across managed communities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams, preferably in the property or community management sector.
- Strong understanding of client accounting and compliance processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive results and accountability.
- Experience in improving client satisfaction metrics, such as NPS and online reviews.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
