We have FDA approval of our Galaxy product as the only Robotic navigated bronchoscopy system on the market to integrate real-time tomosynthesis and utilize a disposable bronchoscope, ushering in a new era in lung nodule biopsy. We are in the exciting phase of commercialization with plans to disrupt established market leaders. Your role and responsibilities

The People Team at Noah Medical is dedicated to the development and execution of our People strategies. We are a fast growing organization and you will have a key role in shaping our future. Thus, we envision an influential People function that touches every dimension of our organization. To enable this impact, you will directly work with the CEO as a member of the senior leadership team to co-own the organization of the company.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following areas:

Shaping an inspiring culture and high organizational effectiveness based on the business needs
    • Co-owner and co-lead of company culture and make our aspirations and values a reality
    • Proactively measure and manage organizational effectiveness for the health and productivity of everyone
    • Manage and develop a high performing People Team to achieve these aspirations

Organizational performance development to achieve market leadership
    • Evaluate and manage current organizational performance to proactively prepare the organization for upcoming business challenges.
    • Proactively improve organizational performance through learning, development, improvement, and changes.
    • Ensuring the business value, accuracy and privacy of employee information.

People strategies and workforce planning to become a market leader
    • Anticipate and supply the current and future talent needed by our growing organization.
    • Ensure we have a plan for employee data management.

Talent acquisition to build an expanding workforce
    • Create and execute selection practices to ensure high performing, committed, energetic people join the organization.
    • Onboard and integrate people into their teams with a good understanding of the business needs.
    • Ensure new hires and their managers have a positive experience throughout.

Develop internal talent at all levels
    • Hold talent reviews and planning, help the organization understand talents and facilitate more responsibilities of the talents.
    • Build a strong internal promotion pipeline, and develop internal future leaders with proper skills and put them into promotion tracks.
    • Owner of technical, managerial, and leadership development programs.

Rewards and recognition that attract, retain and motivate people
    • Manage compensation and recognition programs.

About You
  • At least 15 years of progressively increasing scope and responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to develop people and organizational processes that scale up as we grow.
  • Experience with all the responsibilities of the position. This might be as a generalist rather than a specialist career path.
  • Proactive and ready to get results quickly. At ease in a fluid, fast changing environment.
  • Willing to proactive stretch, set reasonably aggressive goals, and drive teams to accomplish challenging tasks.
  • Able to get things done with lean resources. Sets the right level of completion and polish.
  • Be available to work onsite four days per week.

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.

California Pay Range

$230,000-$300,000 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
