Description
RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Business Development Analyst to research sales leads and develop improved business strategies. The qualified candidate will analyze opportunities and strategies to identify new opportunities and cost reductions for an increase in sales revenue.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:
- Researching: Analyzing market trends, industry insights, and new growth opportunities via:
- GSA Portal, GSA eBuy, SeaPort NxG, RMAS, SAMs, GovWin, FPDS, GSA Symphony, GSA Assist, and hopefully soon Oasis+
- Attending: Larger virtual Industry days and vehicle update calls.
- Evaluating business processes and finances, and analyzing consumer behavior
- Proposing organizational changes, such as new systems, procedures, or pricing models
- Reporting findings to senior business development managers
- Communicating with current and prospective clients, and generating pitch decks
- Working with other departments to align strategies
- Managing the strategic planning calendar for events and partner meetings, and follow up discussions from events, distributing SWAG and developing new SWAG.
- Identifying new customers and new business opportunities.
Requirements for this position shall include:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Technical skills: Experience with software and systems such as Microsoft Office, Experience with CRM (Can be Saleforce, Microsoft, or home grown. The successful candidate will be able to not just analyze data, but also make sure that the data is scrubbed for accuracy and articulate best practices with how stakeholders input their own data to the CRM tool.
- Analytical and Market Research skills: The ability to identify, understand opportunities that are publicly available on site such as but not limited to GovWin, GSA Portal/eBuy/Symphony, SAMs, and FPDS.
- Communication skills: The ability to clearly understand and communicate ideas in person, in writing, and via video conferences
- Project management skills: The ability to help manage a proposal process which is led by the Director of Proposals but will work closely to help the team and even lead smaller RFPs and RFIs.
- The ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- A strong work ethic and strict attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong presentation skills for both internal communications and external communications with partners and future customers alike.
- Comfortable with attending industry conferences with the rest of the Business Development team.
