This National Account Representative West position is for a self-starter with a "hunter" mentality. Based in the Northeast this individual will work remotely and have a proven sales record. Calling on existing accounts and developing new ones for an exciting career providing great customer service with a solutions mindset for all clients. You will discover the client's needs, offer solutions and be able to evaluate additional opportunities within each account. With the support of the National Account customer service department, plant personnel and the National Account Manager, a team mentality and collaboration are a must. This position requires a self-starter, hungry for success candidate with excellent customer service and follow-up skills.

SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent listening, problem solving, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great collaborator and able to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Friendly, courteous, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
  • Understand the customer's needs, behaviors, and construction schedules.
  • Excellent research abilities to find opportunities.
  • Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Good organizational skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Serves as the main point of contact for clients on all day-to-day program needs.
  • Annual growth in National Account sales
  • Daily Sales Calls in-person and leading Team's video calls.
  • Partners with cross-functional team members (Senior Management and Customer Service) to meet all account needs.
  • Prioritize developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with current and new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at a personal level.
  • Conduct business meetings with clients to discover customer needs and schedules.
  • Product presentations to design, NA HQ's teams and outside A & D firms.
  • Develop new business with existing customers and identify areas of new opportunity while maximizing sales.
  • Develops prices by aligning and building consensus with the National Account Manager.
  • Reporting on Sales Force daily.
