The Project Delivery capability consists of experienced program and project managers who collaborate with clients to plan project milestones, create roadmaps, and manage initiatives.

We are looking at hiring Senior Consultant or Principal level talent for this role.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and lead the execution of all aspects of a client project; this includes managing core elements like timelines, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication
  • Be responsible and accountable for project success, keeping the team and client stakeholders aligned to desired business outcomes
  • Work in an Agile framework, alongside a Product Owner, facilitating the effort of the scrum teams to iteratively develop new product features
  • Guide team members and customers to meet and exceed delivery commitments
  • Guide work (self & others) for prioritization, quality, and accuracy
  • Responsible for aspects of project financial & operational health (e.g., margin, revenue, staffing, engagement)
  • Model collaborative behaviors and engage in productive conflict
  • Proactively contribute to building team vision and strategy
  • Collaborate within Slalom and be ready, willing, and able to drive growth within our Delivery practice through strong partnerships with our other capabilities, to improve solutioning and drive business outcomes
  • Seek opportunities to convert early-stage engagements into longer programs through excellent delivery and building client relationships and trusted partnerships
  • Strive to meet an 80-85%+ annual client billable utilization goal
  • At Principal level, expectations include ability to achieve at least $1M in managed or sold revenue

What You Will Bring
  • Demonstrated experience providing consulting services in managing and leading project teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Core skills that align to Project Management capabilities including schedule, scope, and resource management
  • Familiarity with methodologies including Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid, bringing best practice, structure and rigor to client engagements
  • Work experience that demonstrates the ability to drive solutions to outcomes, and monitor and measure project success
  • Ability to adapt to evolving expectations and responsibilities in context of the team structure and client priorities
  • Efficient and collaborative approaches for defining business value and quantifiable outcomes, providing business gap analysis, and building project plans and roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills to deliver detailed and summary status reporting, and effectively set and manage expectations with clients and project teams
  • Knowledge of risk and issue management, and the ability to effectively communicate, escalate and help remove obstacles to unblock the team
  • Ability and commitment to be onsite at the client or Slalom office 2-5 days per week
