What You Will Do
- Plan and lead the execution of all aspects of Salesforce project delivery; this includes managing core elements like timelines, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication
- Align team and client stakeholders to desired Salesforce business outcomes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Work in an Agile framework alongside Product Owners to facilitate Scrum team efforts in iteratively developing Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Mentor team members and guide clients to meet and exceed delivery commitments
- Ensure prioritization, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
- Oversee project financials, including revenue, margins, staffing, and engagement health
- Model collaborative behaviors and engage in productive conflict
- Proactively contribute to building team vision and strategy
- Collaborate within Slalom and be ready, willing, and able to drive growth within our Delivery practice through strong partnerships with our other capabilities, to improve solutioning and drive business outcomes
- Cultivate trusted client relationships and partnerships, converting early-stage engagements into longer-term Salesforce programs
- Partner across Slalom's capabilities to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strive to meet an 80-85%+ annual client billable utilization goal
- At Principal level, drive $1M+ in managed or sold revenue
What You Will Bring
- Consulting experience managing and leading project teams
- Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications
- Ability to drive projects to success and monitor key Salesforce implementation metrics
- Proficiency in schedule, scope, and resource management specific to Salesforce implementations
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, adapting best practices for Salesforce projects
- Comfortable navigating evolving expectations and priorities in dynamic client environments
- Efficient and collaborative approaches for defining business value and quantifiable outcomes, providing business gap analysis, and building project plans and roadmaps
- Strong communication skills to deliver detailed and summary status reporting, and effectively set and manage expectations with clients and project teams
- Knowledge of risk and issue management, and the ability to effectively communicate, escalate and mitigate risks while removing blockers to ensure project momentum
- Ability and commitment to be onsite at the client or Slalom office 2-5 days per week
