About the Program Manager Role
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager | Western Canada, the Program Manager | Retail Chains will support the delivery of the commercial plan through leading the adaptation of National Shopper Marketing programming and development/implementation of regionally customized in store promotional activities for regional retail chain accounts across Western Canada.

About the Program Manager Role
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager | Western Canada, the Program Manager | Retail Chains will support the delivery of the commercial plan through leading the adaptation of National Shopper Marketing programming and development/implementation of regionally customized in store promotional activities for regional retail chain accounts across Western Canada.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement in store activities within Retail Chain accounts in Western Canada which support the delivery of the strategic brand imperatives (commercial Guardrails) and the annual commercial plan
- Lead the implementation and adaptation of Nationally developed in store activities within Retail Chain accounts
- Evaluate effectiveness of in store activities against aligned program objectives
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to coordinate work back schedules for the production and delivery of required assets to support in store activity execution
- Support the retail independent channels in Western Canada through implementation of National Shopper Marketing Campaigns developed for in store programming

Experience & Other Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years of Trade or Sales experience, preferably within Beverage Alcohol or CPG Industry
- Post Secondary Degree in Marketing, Business or Sales Training
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Stakeholders
- Hybrid Working Environment based in Calgary, Alberta
- Minimum 20% of Time in Field including Ability to Travel Overnight within Western Canada
- Valid Driver's License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
- Must be of Legal Drinking Age
