POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Parts Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Parts Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly of components, contributing to the production of high-quality products. You'll have the ability to assemble some of your childhood favorites such as teeter-totters, drums, spinners, and more! If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, are comfortable working with various tools and equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Precisely assemble parts and components according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure assembled parts meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects or issues promptly.
  • Safely and proficiently use hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment relevant to the assembly process.
  • Accurately complete production and quality control documentation, recording quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
  • Monitor and report low stock levels of assembly materials, assisting in maintaining a well-organized and efficient assembly area.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to address production goals and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the assembly process, suggesting process enhancements or equipment maintenance when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Proven experience in parts assembly within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
