Description: Description - External Take a peek into our colleague experience as a Full-time Cafeteria Attendant: What does the role entail? A Cafeteria Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the Colleague Dining Room (EATS). This will include preparing food, cleaning the cafeteria, stocking supplies, monitoring food temperature and quality, replenishing hot buffet line/salad bar, replenished dishes, ensures that the kitchen equipment is maintained and answering questions about the menu. Will work closely with the Stewarding and Kitchen staff. Qualifications Your experience: Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Previous food & beverage experience preferred. Basic food and beverage knowledge and experience. Basic knowledge of safe food handling techniques. Good organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Requires a considerable amount of standing. Ability to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight.
