This includes working closely with PLM, Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Customer Experience, and Product Planning to ensure the strategy is implemented. This position also supports Genesis executive leadership by managing strategic initiatives related to Genesis. Major ResponsibilitiesAlign with Genesis executive leadership on strategic initiatives across the entire division.Lead Cross-Functional efforts to plan and execute impactful new vehicle, product, and service introductions.Partner with Sales/Field Operations teams to develop innovative techniques to enhance management of key regional sales strategies. Collaborate with Genesis team in Korea to ensure good communication and collaboration on key initiatives.Coordinate the development of EV strategy & EV relavant business, and new techology business (Mobility, In Car Payment, etc).Manage intiatives that support GMA charging efforts in partnership with Product Planning.Work closely with Research and Markeitng to develop consumer research initiatives that support launch strategy development and overall GMA objectives.
