Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is currently seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collegial critical care access community hospital located in the historic central Vermont towns of Windsor and Woodstock Vermont.In this role, you will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Youwill work in coordination with the Primary Care services team to provide comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric services to patients with mood disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring medical and behavioral health illnesses. On occasion, you will also provide consults for our Emergency Department and inpatient medical units.Embedded resources include a dedicated psychiatry secretary, therapist, social workers, nurses, case managers, and care coordinators. We will work with you to build out your schedule template and offer flexibility with how your week is structured and will have the option to do some telehealth work.What MAHHC has to offer you:

- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of VT (APRN only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of VT
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification
