Salary Range
$100,000-$120,000

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Stanley is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary. At Stanley, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results. This is a hybrid role working out of our Seattle, HQ location.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate the Future: Monitor and interpret global ESG regulations, ensuring Stanley stays ahead of the curve.
- Lead Disclosures: Oversee compliance with state, national, and global reporting standards, from climate and carbon data to labor practices.
- Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, industry leaders, and third-party experts to refine practices and improve disclosures.
- Analyze & Adapt: Conduct materiality assessments and climate risk analyses to advise decision-making.
- Strategize Solutions: Develop tools, policies, and systems to improve data accuracy, auditability, and traceability.
- Champion Change: Drive special projects to fulfill our bold sustainability commitments and social impact initiatives.

Education and Experience
- Experience: 4+ years in sustainability, ESG reporting, or compliance programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, business, public policy, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of carbon accounting, global ESG regulations, and voluntary reporting principles.
- Commitment to Impact: Familiarity with corporate responsibility standards, including DE&I, labor compliance, and environmental sustainability.
- Cultural Awareness: Global perspective gained through travel, language, or multicultural experiences.
