Specific Responsibilities Would IncludeThe VP Digital & Marketing will be responsible for leading Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative, developing and executing strategies to elevate Jennifer Fisher’s digital footprint and brand reach. They will own the Jennifer Fisher digital experience, customer acquisition strategy, and overall brand positioning. This role combines high-level strategic oversight with operational execution, ensuring that each team functions cohesively and aligns with the brand's vision. Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce Management & P&L OwnershipEcommerce P&L: Oversee all aspects of the ecommerce financial performance, including setting revenue and profitability targets, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.UX Optimization: Lead the ecommerce team’s efforts across Site Ops, Digital Merchandising, and Data Analytics to deliver an exceptional and seamless online shopping experience.Own the Data: Own CDP and associated customer insights. Leverage data to inform go-forward acquisition, retention and merchandising strategies, site operations, and UX/UI improvements, aligning the online experience with customer expectations and brand standards.Customer AcquisitionMulti-Channel Acquisition: Lead customer acquisition across all Paid Media, inclusive of PR, Influencer, and Wholesale Marketing to develop an integrated approach that maximizes reach and drives customer acquisition in all channels.Optimize Channel Performance: Craft strategies that leverage a balanced media mix, combining digital, social, PR, and influencer marketing to meet acquisition goals. Campaign Deployment: Oversee the full funnel deployment of marketing campaigns, optimizing spend across all channels ensuring alignment with the brand’s overarching goals and contributing to sustained customer growth.Creative LeadershipIntegrated Marketing: Implement a comprehensive content and marketing strategy that integrates product launches, consumer moments, and brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Oversee Content Strategy and Execution: Lead the Creative team, including Content Creation, Design, and Copywriting, in producing cohesive and engaging content that drives brand awareness and aligns with Jennifer Fisher’s brand voice.Channel Relevancy: Ensure that creative assets and messaging are optimized for their respective channels across paid media, email, and ecommerce platforms to create a unified brand experience.Team Management: Oversee the Creative team and manage responsibilities varying from Creative Production, Art Direction, Content Creation, Digital Design, and Copywriting.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate closely with other department heads to align digital strategies with product launches, retail partnerships, and broader company goals.Foster a high-performance culture within the team, encouraging innovation, creativity, and results-driven efforts.Set clear KPIs and monitor performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.Our Best Fit Candidate Would HaveEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing and ecommerce, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industries.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, ecommerce operations, and data analytics tools.Strategic Mindset: Ability to create and execute long-term strategies while overseeing day-to-day activities.Brand Vision: Deep understanding of brand positioning, especially within the luxury space, and the ability to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401 (k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership. Salary Range: $225,000-250,000At Jennifer Fisher/Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
