Key Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement Okta-based IAM solutions across workforce identity, ensuring secure and efficient access for on-premise and cloud-based applications and resourcesDemonstrates a strong understanding of IAM concepts and architecture around SSO, federation, identity governance, privileged access managementExperience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) and OKTA Workflows is a must. Develop/deploy new workflows for implementing user life cycleStrong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity federation, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principlesDevelopment using NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, DevOps, REST APIs, SQLOKTA Identity & Access Management with threat detection knowledge involving responsibilities related to maintaining identity management programs, architecture, and standards for delivering enterprise-wide identity services; proactively identify potential threats, exploit attempts, and other security events related to Directory Services and IAMMake recommendations and/or take action to mitigate these issues as appropriate; actively contribute to and participate in security incident response as neededResponsible for managing user accounts, permissions, access controls, monitoring security incidents, collaborating with departments to ensure secure access, security protocols, scripting languages, and other IAM tools, and staying updated on industry trendsExtensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutionsSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science6+ years experience in Information Security Hands-on experience in demonstrating OKTA Policies & FunctionsExperience with NIST, and other industry standardsProfessional certification (Okta Certification) is a plusSkills and Qualifications:Requires explaining technical aspects to simple terminologies for other teams to understandRequires a well-organized and persuasive individual, who can manage multiple priorities at onceMust have good meeting management, presentation, and communication skills to keep conversations focused and productiveMust be self-driven; able to manage schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate with others, and perform tasks with minimal supervisionMust have the ability to work with a diverse audience, under tight deadlines, and negotiate successful outcomes to challenging problemsSuperior communication skills with the ability to ask questions, escalate roadblocks early, and interact effectively at multiple levels in the organizationSolid working knowledge of information security concepts and controlsSalary RangesCompensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan.
