Sales Manager

Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives in the packaging industry.
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Forecast sales performance and monitor progress to ensure sales targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers in the packaging industry.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their packaging needs, concerns, and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
• Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable deals.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer expectations.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry. Open to flexible, corrugated or rigid experience.
• 2+ years of experience effectively managing people.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple goals.
• Ability to prospect and business develop new accounts.
