The Finance Manager will support and partner closely with all areas of the business. The Finance Manager will analyze, monitor, and improve financial performance in areas such as sales, operations, marketing, distribution, and production. The role requires a experience with multiple P&L's across both revenue and cost as well as the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights that support the businesses goals.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and cost models for all areas of the business.
- Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights on sales, marketing, production, and supply chain.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Partner with teams to track and control costs, highlighting areas for potential savings or process improvements.
- Conduct variance analysis across multiple P&L's and provide recommendations to mitigate variances.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure financial performance.
- Collaborate with various teams on budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze and report on key cost drivers.
- Work closely with the business to align financial goals with targets.
- Act as a finance business partner to support initiatives that drive efficiencies across the business.
- Provide decision support through scenario planning, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments.
Profile
Qualifications:
- As the Finance Manager you will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on food and beverage manufacturing and distribution.
- Proven ability to analyze costs and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- This role is located in Whittier, CA. This role will be a hybrid position (4 days in office).
