30 minutes to Greenville & New Bern 1 hour to the beach 75 miles to Raleigh Class A baseball Affiliated with UNC Hospital is seeking Family Medicine physicians to join a successful practice is centrally located just 75 miles east of the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area and 75 miles from the North Carolina coast and The Outer Banks. 260 bed community hospital offers surgical specialties that include general, thoracic and vascular, cardiology, pulmonology, oncology, radiology and urology Currently there are 7 Family Medicine providers, 8 Internal Medicine providers and 7 Pediatricians on staff. There is a Hospitalist team on staff. Outpatient only Services include: Preventive health care Immunizations Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma Physicals Sick visits Women's Health Nutrition counseling Children's Health Screening tests Community offers a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle, temperate climate, proximity to East Carolina University and The Brody School of Medicine, and excellent public and private schools.
