Are you a dynamic professional with apassion for strategic project management? We're on the hunt for our nextfull-time visionary Project Pursuit Manager to join our project acquisition anddevelopment team.

Role Overview

Asour Project Pursuit Manager, you'll be the driving force behind identifying,pursuing, and securing high-value projects. This pivotal role demands a uniqueblend of project management expertise and strategic acumen. Your ability toblend progressive thinking with practical execution will be crucial in thisrole. You'll be expected to lead key projects, ensuring a laser-focusedapproach that aligns with our organizational strategy and translates intoactionable plans.

You'll be responsible for:
• Spearheading the identification and pursuit oflucrative projects
• Orchestrating negotiations to successful closure
• Crafting and implementing innovative projectpursuit strategies

EssentialFunctions
• Drive planning and approach forcuration/development of pursuit projects and resources aligned with currentleadership sales strategies
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor andtrack progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, andcost using appropriate verification techniques
• Participate in select client sales meetings andproposal writing process
• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates
• Participate in owner contract negotiations
• Assist with and/or manage design aspects ofassigned projects
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
• Create and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation
• Provide accurate forecasting using availableresources and tools

Work Environmentand Physical Demands
• Standard office setting with computer and phoneworkstation
• May require standing, walking, or mobilitythroughout facility and customer sites

Position Type andTravel
• Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to5:00 p.m.)
• Occasional evening and weekend work as required
• Up to 30% travel

RequiredQualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3-5 years'work experience in a similar field/industry
• Project Pursuit and project development skills
• 3+ years of successful experience working with asales team or rep organization
• Direct sales experience within a comparableindustry
• Valid Driver's License
