Based in our New York City office, you will be joining an impactful team responsible for creating productive and exceptional experiences in our offices around the world. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities span global strategic work to ensuring the day to day operations in NYC & EMEA run smoothly. As Rippling is a high growth, in-person first company, you will play a vital role in helping shape the success of the business.
This role is based in our New York office Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility to work remotely.

The Real Estate & Workspace (REW) team is responsible for our offices and workplace experience around the world. The NYC site has one Workplace Coordinator in the New York office. We provide the spaces where Ripplers create products that free smart people to work on hard problems.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below based on location; Tier 1 - San Francisco Bay Area/New York City Metro.

What you will do
- Run day-to-day office operations and strategic initiatives for NYC & EMEA
- Lead programs for your offices including occupancy planning, system deployment and management including integrations with Rippling; catering selection, performance and program management; AV enablement & equipment maintenance program; move management; neighborhood development; office supplies; office growth solutions
- Bring joy and connectedness to the Rippling Experience while working within our principles of frugality
- Lead projects such as site selection, relocations, fit-outs, modifications, refreshes, and decommissioning
- Partner with internal stakeholders on projects/programs/initiatives/policies that relate to the office
- Partner with IT in managing our AV/Network/Physical Security technologies and implementation
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors such as janitorial, food & beverage, equipment maintenance, etc.
What you will need
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in managing offices at a high growth, fast-paced company
- Experience in vendor management, office projects, physical security and environmental health and safety
- A deep understanding of running day to day office operations in a high growth company
- Excellent communication skills
- Independently able to juggle multiple programs/projects/initiatives across multiple time zones simultaneously
- Eagerness to grow and learn by doing
- Slack savvy; knowledge of electronic badging and occupancy management systems
