PositionOverview:
Siemens Mobility Customer Service is GROWING! We are seeking an experienced CommercialFinancial Project Director to be responsible for the execution of a largemulti-billion-dollar complex Transit project 30 years durations. In this roleyou will be responsible for commercial project execution during the life cycleof the project. Duties include collaborating closely with operationaldepartments to ensure Order Income Calculation is achieved while meeting goalsfor customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality. Another key role is tofulfill the role of the World Project Controller to ensure financial complianceon the World Project reporting level. The Director Commercial Project Manageris the supporting function of the Project Manager for all aspects of theproject. This position reports to the Director, FBA.

The actual salary/wage offered may be loweror higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, andqualifications.

What yourday-to-day will look like:
- Profit & loss for assigned projects.
- Proactively lead changes in project scope,identify potential problems, and devise contingency plans from a costperspective.
- Supervise and control project scope, schedule,budget, risks, and deliverables that support business goals in collaborationwith senior management and collaborators.
- Support PM with the development and delivery ofmonthly project reports, customer progress reports, customer change proposals,and presentations to management and internal/external customers.
- Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise projectteam members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action andaccountability for their assigned work.
- Support with identifying and resolvingissues/conflicts within the project team.
- Support customer sales channel activities.
To thrive inthis role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree 12+ yearsof equivalent experience in Financial Project management of complex project.
- 8+ years of successful Financial ProjectManagement experience in complex projects.
- Ability to travel - 25%
- Excellently demonstrated verbal, and writtencommunication skills as well as demonstrated presentation skills.
