Position Overview
A Technical Consultant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a SyteLine developer, is sought to provide billable services supporting the SyteLine system for our customers. Depending on individual skill sets, the Technical Consultant may also extend services to include other development or technical aspects, irrespective of SyteLine.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Technical Consultant includes delivering services to customers through a diverse range of activities, such as requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and ensuring successful project delivery to the customer.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, encompassing T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services
- A degree in a technical discipline is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Previous consulting experience is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to service excellence
- Self-motivated with a willingness to seek assistance when needed
- High standards for work quality and personal accountability
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
- The role may necessitate travel, as determined by Management, for reasons such as onsite customer work, internal meetings, customer meetings, and sales support.
- A valid driver's license is required.
