Senior Technical Consultant (SyteLine/INFOR CSI) Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Location: Remote Travel Requirements: 25% - 50% The client seeks a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in SyteLine/INFOR CSI with 5-10 years of SyteLine experience and more than 5 years of external consulting experience. This role is focused on upgrading candidates or succession planning, requiring strong senior candidates with proven expertise. Candidates must not have previously applied, interviewed, or worked with the company. The role involves delivering billable services to customers and requires experience in customizing SyteLine ERP, connecting systems to the cloud using .NET, AWS, or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze customer requirements to formulate effective solutions for business challenges. Document specifications, estimate project timelines and resources, and deliver projects on time. Customize and develop SyteLine/INFOR CSI systems, including coding and integration tasks. Provide development or technical services that may extend beyond SyteLine. Test, debug, and deploy solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver optimal results. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Technologies: Microsoft .NET (T-SQL, VB.Net, SQL Server Reporting Services). ERP Expertise: SyteLine ERP (INFOR CSI) customization and development. Cloud Experience: Connecting systems to cloud platforms like AWS or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Solid manufacturing experience and understanding of ERP systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and committed to high standards of work. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Experience:10 years of SyteLine/INFOR development and customization experience (preferred). 15 years of overall technical experience, including integration with cloud technologies. External consulting experience (5 years required). Travel: Ability to travel 25% - 50% as needed for customer meetings, onsite work, and internal projects. License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
