  1. We have experience founding a $300mm VC-backed security startup; we've worked at Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, ****Meta, NVIDIA, and more.
  2. We have capital with >$10mm in the bank from exceptional investors including Union Square Ventures, Abstract Ventures, Forerunner Ventures, and world-class angels like Scott Belsky (Adobe), Brad Gerstner (Altimeter), Gokul Rajaram, Amjad Masad (Replit) to greatly expand the team.
  3. We are building a product developers love that enables profound new capabilities for AI agents to securely integrate with services and automate the internet.
  4. We are pursuing a massive TAM to be the identity layer for the next internet, where billions of agents are authenticated and managed via Anon.

  2. We are resourceful and entrepreneurial at every turn. We iterate, hack, and find unique solutions to seemingly hard & intractable problems. When something looks daunting, we break it down, because this is how progress over a long period of time is made.
  3. We are proactive and deeply strategic. We anticipate needs & work on them ahead of time. We understand bottlenecks & Theory of Constraints well - if we are not working on the bottleneck we are not improving the system.

📓 ABOUT THIS ROLE
DESCRIPTION
  • This is the first BizOps role opening at Anon.
  • This is a special role for exceptionally competent generalists to come into a leading AI infrastructure company and have impact on Day 1.
  • Partner with the Anon Business Leadership team (Product & Growth) on work that drives Anon's business.
  • This person will be working across all business functions, ranging from Finance, Legal, HR, BD, Marketing.
  • This job is not for someone who wants a niche role & function. It is for the highly adaptable, flexible, and get-it-done-at-all-costs type.
OVERALL YOU WILL
  • Own functions of work that keep the lights on at Anon and are important for the management of our business. These areas include:
    • Finance & Payroll, Expenses & Bill Pay, HR, Legal & Contracts.
  • You will work on initiatives that help drive Anon's business. Specifically, this involves working with the CEO & Head of Growth on:
    • Metrics: track, analyze, and report on sales, channel marketing performance, product & business KPIs.
    • Company Business Efficiency: ensuring that operational work around keeping the lights on is executed & handled in an urgent & scalable way.
  • A large part of this role is around tracking and improving business metrics that we set internally and we hold ourselves to.
