The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will be a dedicated partner to the Service Division, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all levels of the business. This role is critical in fostering a culture of employee engagement, promoting workforce planning, and supporting the development of front-line leaders. The Sr. HRBP will work closely with leadership to understand the team's priorities and become embedded in the day-to-day operations to support talent and performance management. This position reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

Requirements
• Serves as a strategic business partner and advisor who understands the most critical business needs and is able to influence and impact positive business outcomes particularly as they relate to people.
• Ambassador for the culture; create positive employee experience at each part of "life cycle" (NH orientation, performance coaching, exits, etc.)
• Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, talent development, and employee communication, ensuring the division maintains high levels of morale and productivity.
• Partner with managers to assess workforce planning needs, provide hiring support, and forecast talent gaps to align with business growth.
• Facilitate leadership and front-line leader training programs, ensuring consistent development of managerial skills across the division.
• Drive performance management processes, including regular feedback, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Act as a change agent during times of disruption or business growth, supporting leaders in managing change while keeping a focus on people and culture.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure smooth hiring processes, providing insights and recommendations to fill critical roles within the Service Division.
• Utilize HR analytics and data to forecast workforce trends, inform talent management strategies, and guide decision-making processes through key KPI's in Paylocity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations in partnership with the Service Division's operations team.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA/MHRM) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a commercial construction or industrial environment. Experience working with a dispersed workforce preferred.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and make data-driven HR decisions that align with business objectives.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity, and familiarity with emerging HR technology trends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work in a dynamic service environment, including occasional field visits to understand the team's challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the GA/FL/TX area
