Mid USD \$109,700.00/Yr. Overview UW Credit Union is growing and is hiring a Digital Experience Manager to join its team! Excited?! As the Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating all member-facing digital communications across email, SMS and web by focusing on user experience, website optimization, and pursuing data driven optimizations. This role is responsible for ensuring the digital channels are delivering toward marketing and business goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing digital engagement metrics, developing, recommending, and implementing strategies to increase member engagement. This role partners with our IT team to manage our MarTech stack including the DXP, CMS and SFMC systems. Responsibilities Your Primary Focus as a Digital Experience Manager: Drive wholistic, connected digital experience across UWCU\'s web properties and deliver new digital marketing capabilities and web functionalities. Develop keen understanding of our members and their digital journeys to enable optimized and personalized experiences. Develop new process recommendations and proactively advise Marketing and other cross-functional partners of best practices regarding marketing automation, increasing digital engagement, platform capabilities and A/B testing. Responsible for customer journey design and orchestration to optimize existing or source new solutions to diminish friction and improve conversion. Oversee the building, deploying, and monitoring marketing programs, such as lead gen, nurture, trigger and batch campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP and DXP platforms. Develop scalable and sustainable web operations, set priorities, and effectively leverage available resources to drive business impacting results. In partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, optimize journey specific landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs). Accountable for annual web roadmap planning and monthly planning efforts that support the annual marketing strategies. Lead Information Architecture (IA) enhancement efforts including improvements to taxonomy, sitemaps, and structure.
