Wholesale Associate

The Wholesale Associate will provide critical support to our growing wholesale business, working with our accounts like Bergdorf Goodman, Shopbop, and other top-tier retailers around the world. The Associate will be a point of contact with our showrooms in NYC and LA, and will also work directly with all of our accounts, shipping partners, and distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Shipping wholesale clients and maintaining detailed order tracking to ensure all seasonal orders are shipped on time and per vendor guidelines
• Invoicing, collecting deposits, and payments for prepay clients; partnering with financial partner to submit invoices for term approval and collection
• Partnering with showrooms to ensure all pre-season and in-season orders are received accurately and in a timely manner
• Creating linesheets with support from Production and Marketing teams
• Providing weekly ATS reports and managing in-season reorders/RTVs
• Reporting on seasonal sales campaigns and in-season selling from accounts

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant wholesale, logistics, or accounts receivable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently, while also working cross-functionally
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets required (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Experience with Joor, Rapid (Rosenthal & Rosenthal) a major plus

The Wholesale Associate will work a hybrid schedule(2-4 days/week in the Upper East Side Manhattan office).
