About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As the Social Media and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase engagement and conversions across all social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Experience with web development tools, website analytics tools, video editing, photo editing, and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Accommodation and Food Services industry
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Create and manage social media content across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze website and social media analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
