We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Recurring Monthly Revenue Sales Representative focused on fire safety services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing recurring monthly revenue through the sale of our comprehensive fire safety solutions to commercial and residential clients.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Recurring Monthly Revenue Sales Representative focused on fire safety services. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing recurring monthly revenue through the sale of our comprehensive fire safety solutions to commercial and residential clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate recurring monthly revenue streams through the sale of fire safety services, including fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and related maintenance contracts.
- Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals, to identify and qualify potential clients interested in fire safety services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling processes to understand clients' fire safety requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes outlining the benefits, features, and pricing of our fire safety services, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and budgetary considerations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional fire safety services.
- Manage sales pipelines effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting of recurring monthly revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer support, technical services, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of fire safety services and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements related to fire safety services, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for recurring monthly revenue, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the company's growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven track record of success in Commercial Service Sales (B2B) preferably in the fire safety, security, pest control, commercial HVAC, commercial electrical or related industries
- Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements
- Able to recognize and be familiar with various types of systems at a customer site
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards
- NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards
