Job Title Program Manager, US Partner Sales Execution Job Description As a Program Manager you will have a critical role that will drive business critical initiatives and projects within the US Partner Sales Organization closely with US Partner Sales commercial leaders, RTR, PMMs and other large cross functional teams. You will engage with teams of multidisciplinary colleagues in a virtual and matrix environment to ensure program delivery is executed to the highest standards and risks and issues are effectively identified, managed and mitigated for the US Partner team internal colleagues as well as partner ecosystem. With a broad range of senior stakeholders, the program manager must be able to communicate, challenge and influence at all levels, up to the most senior within the organization. You will help define and demonstrate best practice in project and program management across Sage Key Responsibilities You will be working with managers and senior leadership on complex projects aligned with Sage's strategic initiatives. The role requires a strong ability to plan, execute and monitor the progress of various projects within the organization simultaneously. The Program Manager, Partner Sales Execution will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish communication with internal teams, drive cross functional alignment, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure the desired outcomes are achieved. The position involves actively managing risks while ensuring that the program remains on target, within budget and delivered on time. This is a leadership role, requiring a strong background in internal systems and process, partners, go to market discipline and partner.
The ability to demonstrate impact and influence without direct control while maintaining excellent stakeholder collaboration and engagement are critical success factors for the role. Given their span of influence and experience, this leader will drive governance and visibility of key projects to leadership inside and outside of Sage North America.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders; delivering projects within deadlines, effectively managing stakeholders and team members expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• A proactive and results-driven mindset
• Capability to manage and mitigate risks associated with project execution

• Significant experience and knowledge of Sage and partner ecosystem and accountants' market is preferred
• Proven record of developing and delivering new solutions to market, with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives
• Experience driving commercial success of propositions and programs through the direct team and channel motions
• Knowledge of industry trends and market landscape
• Ability to manage and lead teams remotely and work effectively in a matrix organization
