Job Title Program Manager Job Description The Program Manager at Sage combines multiple roles and disciplines including program management, project management, relationship management, and business administration. This Program Manager position is responsible for managing relationships and business activities with Sage partner System Integrators who are delivering Sage Intacct implementation projects and/or Sage software solutions related to Sage Intacct as subcontractors on Sage's behalf. Key Responsibilities You will:
• Develop strong relationships with the partner System Integrators including expanding the pool of qualified partners to provide subcontracted delivery services.
• Assist in determining System Integrator assignments during the sales process including monitoring their workload, leading introductions to sales teams, and overseeing development and presentation of the services value proposition, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Manage the portfolio of projects being delivered by System Integrators with responsibility for tracking and maintaining project status, % complete, and issues/risks including keeping Sage stakeholders informed.
• Ensure the partner-led projects result in success and Customer satisfaction. Identify when projects have issues/risks and assess/manage the impact while also escalating as appropriate. Collaborate with the System Integrators to develop a "back to green" plan. As needed, participate in project steering committees to provide direction and guidance to assist in successful project completion.
• Ensure System Integrators submit any timesheets to Sage accurately and on-time and that the timesheets are quickly ready for inclusion on any invoices to be sent by Sage to customers.
• Achieve a revenue minimum determined by the Program Manager's supervisor from the subcontracted projects by monitoring opportunity count and sales revenue against minimum, ensuring accurate revenue recognition by Sage from the subcontracted projects, and coordinating with sales team members to secure more work as needed.
• Assist with additional, partner-related activities as needed including but not limited to defining and executing subcontracts, submitting and maintaining internal Purchase Orders for securing monies for partner payment, and approving Sage payments to partners after Customers pay their invoices to Sage.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in business program management, project management, and/or business operations that involves multiple customers and other third parties.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience managing leadership-level communications.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across various functions.
• Strength in being detail-oriented to ensure accurate and successful execution of multiple, diverse tasks.
• Growth mindset and ability to drive behaviors and/or change through positive, proactive leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed (estimate up to 20%).
