Job Title RevOps Business Partner - Direct NCA Job Description This role supports Sage Intacct - Sage Intacct in the US is the tip of Sage's strategic spear as we look to grow the company by knocking down barriers for our customers. The RevOps team supporting this business unit and its multi-channel GTM approach is the cream of the crop; a crew of high skill professionals versed in all facets of GTM operations across the entire customer lifecycle.

As a RevOps Manager, you will be a key member of our go-to-market (GTM) team, responsible for aligning and optimizing sales and marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. You will be leveraging data, systems, and best practices to enhance our direct sales process, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer journey. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution. Does that sound like you?

This is a hybrid role - three days per week from one of the Sage Offices.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• 5+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS business in Revenue Operations or a similar role
• In-depth expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Proficiency in using PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in using PowerBI (or similar) for data analysis and reporting Key Responsibilities 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐲:
• You will be designing, implementing, and continuously improving sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
• You will partner with sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and performance targets.
• You will oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
• You will work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
• You will define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
• You will develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our direct sales motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.
• You will support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.
