Location: Charleston, SC Pay: $90k - $115k + bonus, gas card, phone/tablet Type: Direct hire Industry: Commercial Construction Responsibilities Work with Management and Project Managers, responsible for overall field operations of large-scale commercial projects Review subcontractor scopes of work and provide feedback to project managers prior to contract award Review job cost reporting and assist project managers in maintaining budget control Order materials and schedule inspections Prepare daily reports, safety reports, schedules Conduct weekly progress meetings with necessary subs, vendors and customers Qualifications Five (5) + years' experience as a Commercial Superintendent Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production in all construction phases Hands-on knowledge and ability to perform construction work Proficient with Microsoft Office/Project, G Suite products and construction management software Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred **All applicants must pass drug screen and background check prior to employment
