Practice * 16.4 daytime rounders, 2 Swing Admitters, 2 Nocturnists, 2 Night APP s and 4 Day APP s complete our team. * Our hospital stands out for its consistent performance and collaborative environment, with customized O/E metrics reflecting patient documentation, an impressive GMLOS O/E score below 1 for three consecutive years, a 5-star mortality rating, system-leading multi-disciplinary rounds, and the lowest physician turnover rate in five years. * We utilize the AdventHealth dashboard, developed in coalition with experts at SHM, to measure outcomes and we work in EPIC, with access to Sound's internal informatics platform. * What distinguishes our group is the work-life balance we ve meticulously crafted. We ve divided the admitter and rounding roles as much as possible, allowing our physicians to focus on specific responsibilities they are passionate about. * Effective team dynamics, leadership styles, and healthcare practices prioritize collaboration, communication, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement. Leaders play a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive working environment, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes. * You must be board-certified in internal medicine, ACLS, and BLS. No procedural skills are needed. * We are looking for someone with a positive attitude with a willingness to adapt, learn, and grow. * 7 on/off model, Nocturnist, 7pm-7am * The compensation rates vary based on shift, with $1,400 for day shifts, $1,525 for swing shifts, and $1,725 for night shifts. * An annual quality bonus is provided each year. Eligibility for a quarterly RVU bonus. * Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance. * H1B eligible; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered. * Internal Medicine only. Purpose * Our goal is to provide value to our partner hospital and be involved in committees. These include but are not limited to medical executive committee, sepsis, stroke, chest pain, clinical pertinence, glycemic committee, readmissions, mortality reviews, pharmacy, and therapeutics. * We support the community with health initiatives, delivering evidence-based, high-quality healthcare and collaborating with primary care physicians and post-acute care facilities. * The aging population, substance abuse, and non-compliance are common challenges. * We support our community by practicing high-quality clinical care and evidence-based medicine, focusing on patient experience and education. Fort Worth, Texas, is a great place to live due to its unique blend of vibrant cultural offerings, including world-class museums, a thriving music scene, a strong sense of community, and a lower cost of living than many other major cities.
